| These stucco walls became JG's canvas. The owner got a little bit of everything that JG had to offer. The walls were all white inside and out. JG spent a month painting and when she left, the only white was on the pillars. The approach to the house was on the desert. There was a mural of the sunrise over the ocean and one of the sunset over the desert and the ocean. Lunch times were spent watching the whales, pelicans and dolphins playing in the surf on the ocean side of the house. Moonrise over the Sea of Cortez.....Ahhhhhhhhh....Where's my margarita? |

| The courtyard inside the front gate is a blending of fresh morning ocean sunrise and desert/ocean sunset colors. They both come together at the front door. A trompe l'oeil mural of a morning sunrise over the ocean on one side and one of sunset over the desert and ocean, viewed by the house cat, on the other. |
| A wonderful cool teal wash over a white wall is the backdrop for this headboard painting in the master bedroom. A torn-paper look around the painting keeps the relaxed feel to the room. |
| Calle lilies with a soft green wall color to keep a cool feeling in the warmest room of the house. |
| A rich green wash over the gold living room wall frames the wall of windows that looks out over the ocean, merging land and water and softening the water's glare. On either end of the wall are large branches of bamboo symbolizing the growth of relationships and manifesting abundance for the owner. I think she manifested pretty good. |
| Giant stylized shells frame the doorways into the house on the ocean side. Notice the watery teal wash on the walls of the ocean side vs. the warm terra cotta wash on the front wall of the house. The colors blend seamlessly on the side where the house's angles provide clean separations. |
